BubbleSums Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

BubbleSums does not collect personal data.

The app does not require an account or ask users to provide their name, email address, location or other personal information.

BubbleSums does not collect usage data, device identifiers or behavioural information.

Camera and Augmented Reality

BubbleSums requires access to the device's camera to provide its augmented reality gameplay. The camera allows the app to place virtual maths bubbles within the room around the player.

Camera imagery is used on the device as part of the augmented reality experience.

BubbleSums does not:

• record photos or videos;
• save camera images;
• upload or transmit camera images;
• use the camera for facial recognition or identification; or
• use the camera for advertising, analytics or tracking.

Data Storage

BubbleSums does not store personal information or gameplay information.

Gameplay state, such as the current maths question, score and round time, exists only while the app is being used and is not saved by BubbleSums between sessions.

Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

BubbleSums contains no advertising.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking technologies.

BubbleSums does not track users across other apps or websites and does not create user profiles for advertising or behavioural analysis.

In-App Purchases

BubbleSums offers an optional one-time Full Unlock in-app purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple's StoreKit system. BubbleSums does not receive or have access to payment-card details.

The app uses information provided by StoreKit only to determine whether the Full Unlock has been purchased and remains available.

Where supported by Apple, the Full Unlock may also be available through Apple's Family Sharing features.

Children's Privacy

BubbleSums is designed for children and families and is intended for children aged 6–8.

The app has been designed so that children do not need to provide personal information in order to play.

BubbleSums does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

Access to the in-app purchase area is protected by a parental gate intended to ensure that purchasing options are accessed by a parent or guardian.

Third-Party Services

BubbleSums does not include third-party advertising, analytics or tracking services.

The app uses Apple technologies and services necessary to provide its functionality, including Apple's augmented reality and App Store purchasing technologies. Apple's handling of information through its own services is governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if BubbleSums changes in the future.

If the app's data practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated to accurately describe those changes. The effective date at the top of this page will also be updated.
